ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

The Hawaii Publishers Association has a new category of membership designed to benefit any company or individual doing business with the publishing industry. 

The Associate Member category is open to advertising and public relations agencies, photographers, paper and ink suppliers, binderies, office supply stores, and other colleagues and vendors to the publishing industry.

For only $150 annually, compared to $275 for regular membership, you receive:

· Networking opportunities with print publishers statewide. Every prominent newspaper and magazine publishing company in Hawaii is a member of HPA.

· A discounted booth price at the annual Print Media Expo ($50 in savings). This trade show attracts publishers, printers and advertising agency buyers.

· An invitation to attend all HPA functions including our regular Newsmaker luncheons, which feature speakers of interest to the print publishing and related industries.

· A complimentary subscription to HPA’s newsletter “The Proof Sheet”, keeping you abreast of inside news of the industry.

HPA also presents the prestigious Pa’i Awards, an awards competition open to HPA members, and the annual High School Journalism Awards for students. We also lobby for a better business climate for the print publishing industry through monitoring legislative bills and industry trends.
